Description Replacement of an existing back porch with a deeper, full-width porch & storage space combination. Creation of a new kitchen area out of what was previously a utility space. Installation of a set of french doors to connect the porch with the new kitchen. Renovation of the existing kitchen area, including installation of a kitchen island (with refrigerator, counter, and cupboard space) to divide circulation and work areas. Sanding & refinishing of the existing floors to show the natural finish.
