An extensive overhaul of a farmhouse that was originally built on the site circa 1846.

The scope of work includes the following: relocating an existing wing of the house and rebuilding the foundation underneath it,
reframing the interior, installing a radiant-heat floor system, refinishing the interior.

The intention is to make the renovation look similar to what the farmhouse looked like when first built, but with an all updated infrastructure.

In addition, the house's electrical box is wired to allow future wind and/or solar energy inputs and a direct generator connection in case of power outages.
