An interior renovation of a turn-of-the-century cottage in Thousand Island Park, NY.

Scope of work includes: removing interior partitions to open floor plan, rebuilding & refinishing the majority of interior spaces, removing stair in entry and filling in void to match surrounding existing, removing linoleum flooring (sanding & refinishing wood floors), and removing and rebuilding stair in kitchen/living area for better circulation and increased visability.

This project dramatically livens up the interior due to: the removal of many unecessary wall partitions (which brings in more natural light), and the selection of a varied palette of paint colors for each room to create variety and personality.
