An interior renovation of a turn-of-the-century cottage on Round Island, NY.

Scope of work includes: repairing & rebuilding foundation at deteriorated points, installing new windows and doors at kitchen and living room, rewiring & updating electrical switches and outlets, sanding & refinishing kitchen floor, refinishing and updating kitchen (appliances & fixtures), and refinishing living room (interior walls finished with tongue-and-groove fir boards).

This project leaves the exterior relatively untouched and enhances existing interior spaces.
