Major renovation of an existing two-storey cottage in T.I. Park. Scope of work included new clapboard siding, the addition of new windows and doors, and most noticeably the addition of a wrap-around porch.

The main intention of this renovation was to make the cottage look closer to it's original form (circa early 20th century) before it was "modernized" in the 60's.

New features include a second-storey sitting porch off of the master bedroom and screened-in back porch.
